Parkside Townhouse Garden
Increase curb appeal by removing overgrown shrubs and trees and create focal point with mature, multi-limbed crepe myrtle.
Implementation: Three large boulders were installed in a stone river-bed and plantings were kept at a minimum, both to reduce maintenance and mosquitos. The crepe myrtle becomes a focal point when it is located within this context. The side garden was cleaned up, rectangular stones were readjusted to make an interesting pathway and smaller plants were introduced to maintain an open feel.
